A range of walks are being offered through the Mersey Forest organisation
The guided woodland walks take place across The Mersey Forest this spring as part of 'Walk in the Woods' month.

The Joshua Tree Charity is looking to provide a holiday house and support centre in Cheshire, where children with a life threatening illness can go with their families for a FREE short break.

They are delighted to announce the launch of their new Advertisement, thanks to the second year Creative Media students at Mid Cheshire College. Working together, the 6 students (Nat, Kat, Jamie, Adam, Matt and Nathan) followed a design brief and produced a fabulous stop-animation short film.

An exciting new national skills contest from Young Chamber

The SKILLS Factor is a new, free to enter national skills contest created by Young Chamber focusing on the skills needed by entrants into today's and tomorrow's labour market.

Channel 4 are looking for people with new ideas and new voices who challenge the way we think. Some of the key things they are looking for are proactive people with strong communication skills who are team players.  People who are truly passionate about television & media and can demonstrate it!  The relevant skills, aptitude and passion for the role they have applied for are essential.

The National Enterprise Academy in Manchester and have two Open Days coming up. Students, teachers and parents are all welcome to attend the National Enterprise Academy’s Open Days. Taking place on Wednesdays, 19 May and 9 June, the sessions run from 5.00-7.00pm and are filled with typical NEA activities while offering students, parents and teachers the opportunity to find out more about the NEA in Manchester. You will have the opportunity to meet students and staff on the days.
