Basic details about your company:

Name, address, telephone and fax numbers, contact name and position, email address and website.

The Vacancy:

Job title
Duties of the Job - be as explicit as possible about what the post holder will do in the job. For example, state word processing, filing & faxing rather than general office work
Any essential and desirable criteria for applicants
What (if any) training is on offer
Rate of pay - the minimum salary
Hours of Work - either specified hours (e.g. 9.00-5.00) or number of hours per week including holidays or overtime
How the candidate should apply
A closing date
Any other information you think would be useful
