Connexions - Cheshire & Warrington Limited delivers a comprehensive service to all young people aged 13-19 and up to age 25 for those with learning difficulties and/or disabilities, whether in education, work and/ or training.

We have access to nearly all young people in our area, and offer help, guidance and support across a wide range of issues which may affect them as they begin their transition into adult life.

Our vision is to contribute to the growth and prosperity of the Cheshire & Warrington sub region by helping to maximise the potential of its young people, and to ensure that businesses benefit from a rich seam of young, local talent. We facilitate this by bringing together employers and young people through two key routes:

• Work related activities with opportunities for business participation organised through Education Business Plus

• A free vacancy matching service coordinated through a team with specialist knowledge of working with young people
